Also on July 8, Meridian Investment Sales brokered the sale of a $10,250,000 multifamily property in The Bronx.
According to Connect New York, “[Amit] Doshi and [Shallini] Mehra, along with Seth Glasser and Michael Fusco of the New York Multifamily Group at Marcus & Millichap, represented both the seller, the Caruso family, and the purchaser, Doug Peterson of City Skyline Realty in the brokerage teams’ co-exclusive.”

$17,300,000 Shopping Center Deal
On July 16, Matthews Real Estate Investment Services brokered the sale of a 3-property shopping center portfolio in West Virginia for $17,300,000.
According to the firm’s press release, “The portfolio boasts a 99% occupancy rate with 87% of tenants being national credit retailers. The ±165,954 square foot portfolio sold for $104 per square foot.”
